About Us
SOUND IT OUT! was created to introduce a variety of musical genres to school aged children. Our classes are designed for children ages 5-8, and ages 9-12. We offer daytime classes for home school kids as well as after school classes for children attending traditional schools.
Our students will sing fun songs from a variety of eras and genres, and learn about music history. They will learn to read music and play piano. They will also have "hands on" time with a variety of musical instruments. We will have guest instructors who will introduce them to musical instruments from all 4 classes: strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion.
Our hope is that your child or children might have their musical talents recognized at an early age, and that they will develop a love of music that will last a lifetime.
